My firewall is set correctly, im running as admin. When im trying to make a log for you guys my search command cant find copylogfiles because my computer is not installed in english. Frustrated.

If you continue to have problems we need you to send us the \HM2Logs folder as explained in the last steps under 'Contact Support'.
The log file FAQ shows 4 ways to find the files. copylogfiles will be in English, it's in the start menu - Holdemmanager folder.
