Default Stuck and preloading hands screen

    Hi,

I try running HM2, and I get stuck in the preloading hands, it won't load any of the hands. It just says work in progress. I have tried reinstalling HM2, reinstaliing postgres and starting a new database and nothing works. I'd appreciate some help.

    Thanks.

For me this happens when the hard drive is close to full, even just 80% full, and then the preloading of a 10m+ hands Alias doesn't work anymore, I assume it write some cache to the remaining space on the hard drive and that might be a lot for a big alias.

I also had it happen on small databases with enough space available, but then a HM or PC restart fixed it.

If you continue to have problems, please reproduce the problem and zip/attach your HM2Logs folder with a detailed description of what you were doing and what problems you were experiencing - Hold'Em Manager 2 FAQs - Poker Software :: How Do I Send a Log File to Holdem Manager Support?
