"New Panel" isnt splitting Notecaddy out

I finally have Notecaddy exactly how I want it. All hands imported. All badges assigned. Personalized definitions inputed. I want to split it out of my normal hud and have them side by side. When I click "Add Panel" only some of the players have the HUD and NC split, while some stay in one long HUD which is super annoying

What would cause this? I have tried all the normal troubleshooting:
1 - Remove/Re-add "Add Panel"
2 - Try adding multiple panels
3 - Restarting HEM
4 - Tried "add line" as well as "add panel"

Any help is appreciated. Spent easily 30+ hours setting all this perfectly and the last step is something stupid I'm sure I'm overlooking but dont understand why some do, some dont. See attached: (no, it's not that I just didn't slide the panel over on some players either, lol)

Nevermind, figured it out.

I have my setup as :
1 row PF
2 rows flop
2 rows turn
2 rows river

If there wasnt a badge appearing for the first row, PF, then it didnt split out. I added an extra "add panel" to the following "F" row (which will always have something) and it properly splits. Just didn't want anyone wasting there time troubleshooting so just wanted to update.
