Bet River vs Hero

Hello im not able to create this stat because i have the following issue:

For make the case when Hero is OOP is very easy, because Hero Checks and Villain Bets, but when we are IP how do we spicify some action for the Hero? Because im able to spicify Villain Bets + Hero Folds, Villain Bets + Hero Bets and Villain Bets + Hero Raises but i dont know how to combine it, if its possible.

You could make an action-sequence for hero with "Action had to not happen" and action "Check". This would do exactly what you want. Other option would be to make a sequence on the street before where hero makes an action which indicates, that hero is still in the hand (like f.e. hero calls).
