Uuugh. Well, I tried the third patch option: I downloaded it, unzipped it, dragged & dropped the files and the Modules folder in the HM2 directory replacing the files there. And then I got this error message which prevented HM from booting up at all:

    Untitled.png

So then I tried the first option and reverted back to v 8438. But when I re-launched it, I got the same message.

So now basically I can't open/use HM. What to do now?!?

You didn't unzip the folders with the subfolders. That's why I tried to make a point of it in the last post. Just delete the leakbuster module that is in your HM2 root folder now: LeakBusterNLHM2.dll

HM2 will boot right back up. If you unzip the file, and make sure you tell you compression software to unzip the subfolders, it will copy files into the correct directories.

It's the same thing as I said above. You unzipped the leakbuster.dll in the HM2 root. It needs to be in the module directory. HM2 has a new update now. I think they are releasing it today so just delete that leak buster.dll in the HM2 root and install the new update. I'll post the link in here soon.

Strange.. I responded to this but it didn't post.

You have an old version of Leak Buster for some reason. I'd try and re-install hm2. It didn't install the latest leak buster build for some reason. We might need to delete the leak buster dll and then re-install, but just try and re-install first.
