HM 2 NoteCaddy hands per second 0

Hi,

creating notes with notecaddy.
I have around 50% finished.

Problem:

Processing hand X of Y (Estimated. Purging hands make the estimate less accurate!)
Database: Win101 hands per second: 0.00"
since a few hours.
Why? How to fix it?

It is creating notes again.
But only 10 hands per second. It used to be 100 and more.
How to fix the speed?
Turbo grabber is activated
