HUD only shows current session stats - Pokerstars

I am using Windows 10 home edition, and it is likely the problem comes from that.

I've tried every method I read here. Unticked all the session stats boxes. Created a new DB. Edited the current player line in PGAdminIII (It reverted immediately to my Screenname once I open Stars). Nothing works.

Could you please help?

Additional info - in Site setup, there is an exclamation mark on the Pokerstars tab with the text" No hands imported with most recent settings". I have also created a new folder to save hand history, and this exclamation mark still persists.

In fact, the problem has worsened. Whenever I sit at a new table, the stats for both me and my opponents are resetted to zero, even though I have met some of the players in that session!

Usually this is a to do with the wrong configuration or import folders not setup correctly. Please also note that Play money tables are not supported.

Please enable the Settings > Feature Logging > [x] 'HUDStats' and 'FastPoker' option and increase the Max number of log files option to 10 so old logs are saved with date/time stamps. You can also enable this before you launch HM2 from the Start Menu - Hold'Em Manager 2 FAQs - Poker Software :: Feature Logging

Please reproduce the problem and:
- Attach a screen shot of the table/desktop
- Try to include the Active Sessions tab and/or Sessions Report that also includes your windows clock and poker client lobby clock in the screen shot
- Save a copy of the original Hand history for the table with the issue
- Close HM2 and attach your HM2Logs folder with a detailed description of what you were doing and what problems you were experiencing - Hold'Em Manager 2 FAQs - Poker Software :: How Do I Send a Log File to Holdem Manager Support?

With all the above information we should be able to narrow down what is causing the issue. If all the information is not included we will need to email you again to request it.

I tried all the solutions offered - to no avail! Is there any other way I could get it to work? This is very frustrating.

The problem is also this. Whenever I open HM2, the exclamation mark is always there at the Pokerstars site setup. When I start playing, it changes into green checkmark. But when I close Stars and open HM2 on its own, the exclamation mark appears again.

Problem solved! It seems that the database is indeed corrupt.
I had a look at the HM2Archive folder and there seems to be two types of hand history files: the ones with "HH" and the ones without. When I created a new DB, I only import the files with the HH in front of their names, and the problem disappears. Screenshot (5).png

Any ideas why there were two types of hand history files in that folder, and how to prevent that from happening in the future?

Those are prefetched. Stars lets you see a couple hands to see who is at the table and if you want to play at it. They wouldn't corrupt it. If it was, it's because of something else.
