TN2 - Preflop default betting not working

Hello,

I set my preflop default betting to 4bb + 1 per limper. However, this only seems to work at about 50% of my tables. Half the tables it raises to 4bb + per limper when I hit the assigned key and the other 50 % it just min raises 2bb. And sometimes a table where it is working will just switch to not working and min bets. I am playing on Pokerstars and find this incredibly frustrating. Please advise with any solutions.

What version of TN are you using? If it is 2.6.13 please update to - http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloa...date2.6.61.msi

If you continue to have problems Please reproduce issue, then go to TableNinja 2 > Help > Contact Support and click the "Send logs to TableNinja" button. Then send a copy of that ZIP file to support > contact support https://support.holdemmanager.com/support/product/6 to check it over for errors.
Also please send a screenshot of your desktop with a table and your HUD displayed. See instructions How to Take a Screen Shot in Windows Please send the screenshot even if you don't have a HUD or custom table theme.

Please also briefly describe what is happening in the email.

Note: Due to latest Pokerstars + Full Tile updated policy no 3rd Party software,TN2 is no longer allowed to compute the number of limpers preflop. Same goes for computing whether you can 3bet/4bet/or is raised pot (in Filter >> 'Positional Betting' section).
Thus, when preflop and it's not a 3bet, we always consider the number of limpers to be zero.
