Default Upgrade windows 7 to 10 b/c hm2 stopped working Now Leakbuster load closes HM2

    HM2 is 2.0.0.8443
HM2 stopped working under windows 7, I tried everything over several days and upgraded to windows 10 as a last resort. HM2 now works under windows 10, but opening leakbuster causes HM2 to stop working and a dialog box says windows will let me know of a solution.

I had a choose to close or debug. When I hit debug, it says its an unhandled Microsoft.Net Framework exception occurred in HoldemManager.exe (11716)

If you continue to have problems please follow the below steps, and this should resolve your issue:

    1. Close Holdem Manager.
    2. Delete the file* called 'LBNLHM2_X.DLL.lic' stored in 'C:\ProgramData\XHEO INC\SharedLicenses' and try registering again. This file is hidden by default, so most people think that no files exist in that folder. In Windows 7, when you have windows explorer open, simply click ORGANIZE in the top left menu, and then select 'Folder and search options'. Go to the VIEW tab, and then check 'Show hidden files and folders' and uncheck 'Hide protected operating system files' in 'Folder Options'.
*Note: The file mentioned is for LeakBuster No Limit. If you have a different LeakBuster product it will have a similarly named LBxxxxxHM2.DLL.lic. DO NOT delete the HoldemManager.lic or Holdem Manager 2.lic files, only the 'LB' related file(s).
    3. If you are using XP check this folder for the ‘LeakBuste2.5HM2.lic’: C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\AppData\XHEO INC\SharedLicenses\
    4. Open Holdem Manager and run Leak Buster. Re-register Leak Buster.

If you continue to have problems please attach a screen shot of any errors the LeakBuster app produces and 'copy details' of that error to a new text file and attach it.

Please zip and email the requested files to*LeakBuster support at support@acepokersolutions.com so they can assist you.
    Regards udbrky (Chris)

Yes, can you check to see if this folder exists please? If you did any OS update, especially win 10 it can create a false mirror of the license for some reason. We're not sure why Microsoft does this, but it's easily fixable. Look for this folder (it's hidden by default):

    c:\ProgramData\XHEO INC\SharedLicenses\Mirror

If it exists, then delete that folder and then your license should work again.
