Report including rake/bonuses
I play on a site where they give regular bonuses for deposits, daily play, bounties etc. When I get these bonuses I like to add them to the settings/rakeback and bonuses sections. I would like a report that includes my winnings another field showing rakeback (which i have now) and lastly a field that shows winning + any bonuses added into HM2.
What field or fields do I need to add to a report to show this?
