    Default HEM Active Session Tab Incorrect on PartyPoker FastForward

    Hi,

    There appears to be an issue with the 'active session' tab whilst playing on PartyPoker (FastForward). The results aren't accurate as all the hands aren't being logged. I've suspected there was an issue for the past week or so and I've just tried to review a hand in HEM which I can't find but can in PartyPoker's hand history replayer.

    Is this a known issue currently being addressed?

    I have seen it reported I think but we have not been able to reproduce it so we need to see logs/hands from a problem session and screen shots of the hands in the party client/replayer that are not being recorded in HM2.

    Make sure that the Site Time Adjustment is properly configured such that the Time Stamp in the Reports for the hand matches your local windows clock time.

    Hi Snook. As I said, I have the same problem with you.

    I changed time zone on party poker lobby (ET) . Then I added -6 on offset (holdem manager-site settings- partypoker) and it seems hand histories work fine.

    Cheers for letting me know 1ttU. I've switched to the regular cash tables in the meantime and it doesn't appear to be a problem on those tables although the number of hands in the hand history replayer per session doesn't reconcile to HEM (it's usually out by a couple).

    hi guys
    i have the same prob since 2 weeks.
    yesyerday i sent my logfiles+originalHH+screenshots of the not imported hands to the support.
    support told me nobody sent some screenshots of the issue before.
    i let u know if i get some news.
