AUTOIMPORT is the problem, we found the problem for you.
and now you recommend us that we have to play again with AUTOIMPORT.
to send you the same logfiles-screenshots which i send you 2-3weeks ago?!?!

Thanks for your tip with deactivating the autoimport, but how did you manage to keep the HUD running? If I deactivate it under "Site Settings" the HUD doesn't show up. I've tried to "Stop HUD" -> "Start HUD" but still nothing

only click start import and then start hud in the mainmenu if u open HM2.
it will not import the hands because in the site settings u disabled auto import folders before.

are u the sleeper from german popostraetegie?

ok i found it.
deactivated autoimport(also in the site settings autoimport), started hud, played with statistics, imported all played hands from folder during break.
grind again

I tested this over 100 hands and Party HH window and HM2 matched exactly.

Play more than one table & more than 100 hands you'll see it doesn't match.

We have a possible fix for this issue being tested internally. Once it passes internal testing we will release a beta. These changes should be available in the next gold beta release. While we do not have an exact date for the release, you will receive a prompt to update once available as long as you have enabled the Settings > General > [x] Prompt for Beta Updates.

so we still have to import the hands manually and restart HM2 during break to have some stats on new players in the pool...

the issue with a normal working autoimport, what means hand by hand is updated in the stats during playing is not fixed. right?

We have not disabled autoimport. We are just preventing autoimport of temporary files that Partypoker puts in Handhistory folder which are not really handhistories. We believe those could be interfering with autoimport, causing issues you have experienced.

Please let us know if you are still having issues with latest build.

ok sorry for my other not so friendly post.
but during my first testrun nothing was imported automatically, the rest of the day everything worked fine.
after midnight i had to start the manual import again.
looks like HM2 did not find a new created folder in the PartyHH.

but the good news is ALL HANDS ARE IMPORTED.
