table ninja 2 not loading on startup on windows 8

ever since the latest couple of stars updates my tn2 does not load

does not show any tn2 program in the task maneger ither, cant do a system restore since i have no latest restore point

any ideas?

Hi,

- Uninstall TN2 from Control panel
- Then go to C:\Program Files (x86) and delete the following folder (if exists) PASG
- Navigate to C:\Users\yourname\AppData\Roaming\tableninjav2 and move the following file to your desktop: Keys_user.txt (or it might just be called Keys_user)
- Once that is done go back a step and remove the Tableninja2 folder
- Now reinstall http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloa...a_V2_Setup.exe

i done the first 2 steps

i dont have this file i go to users then my name then the closest thing is aplication data which has only 1 unrealted folder
C:\Users\yourname\AppData\Roaming\tableninjav2

i gave it a go downloading again after the first 2 steps, tn2 did a couple of updates and wouldent load again after

any more ideas where i can find this 3rd step?

Do you have show hidden files and folders enabled? Please email support and they will setup a tv session with you to resolve the issue.
