HUD Microgaming Issues

I have issues with HUD when microgaming. If I start HEM before microgaming, the HUD does not load, it only loads when I start microgaming first and then HEM. It still does not update hands however. It can't be a time issue as HUD works without a problem on Stars.

Interestingly enough, the hands automatically update in HEM itself and their time matches the time in windows

Even more interestingly, microgaming does not add hands to HMArchive

This is a known issue with the Active Sessions tab. Please use the Reports > More Reports > Sessions report instead when playing on Microgaming.

This issue has been documented in detail and provided to the developers to resolve.

The assigned internal issue # on this issue is HM-8590: Microgaming HUD stops updating after switching to Active Session tab

What can I do?

Did you drill down into the archive? The last modified date for that main folder wont necessarily update accurately if files in sub folders are newer, only if folders/files directly one level down are modified more recently.

Microgaming writes hands to a single .dat file that we periodically archive if it is larger/older than certain limits but we can't archive it when the poker client is open so you need to close the client before you close HM2 so HM2 has time to try archiving it.

Uncheck "Include Subfolders" in the Site Setup Auto Import Folder settings for Microgaming sites.

Move the gamehistory.dat file from the poker client folder to your \hm2archive folder and import it via Import From File(s).

Try a new session with auto-import. A new gamehistory file should be generated.
