hud after a while doesn't update hand anymore for new player coming at the table

hi , actually i'm playing just mtt and my hud lately after a while doesn't update hand for new player coming at the table or when i change table , stats for new player doesnt appear and i have to go all the time on table finder and attach the new hud to the new table , or i have to turn off hem2 and turn on again , in this way te correct hud appear on all table , but it is pretty annoying.
do you have any clue on how to solve it ?
i checked the site time adjustment but it sems to be ok
using win 7 intel cor i7 3,4 ghz 16 gb ram ssd

This might be caused by the Overhang setting. Go to HUD Settings - General Settings - Common Settings - Overhang and set that to 0.

Please enable the Settings > Feature Logging > [x] 'HUDStats' and 'FastPoker' option and increase the Max number of log files option to 10 so old logs are saved with date/time stamps. You can also enable this before you launch HM2 from the Start Menu - Hold'Em Manager 2 FAQs - Poker Software :: Feature Logging

Please reproduce the problem and:
- Attach a screen shot of the table/desktop
- Try to include the Active Sessions tab and/or Sessions Report that also includes your windows clock and poker client lobby clock in the screen shot
- Save a copy of the original Hand history for the table with the issue
- Close HM2 and attach your HM2Logs folder with a detailed description of what you were doing and what problems you were experiencing - Hold'Em Manager 2 FAQs - Poker Software :: How Do I Send a Log File to Holdem Manager Support?

With all the above information we should be able to narrow down what is causing the issue. If all the information is not included we will need to email you again to request it.

i'm glad to report that the problem was solved by setting the overhang at 20. it was at 100 . Now hem2 update stats for new player at every table.
