3bet stats (mostly fold stats) are misleading since some people min 3bet and folding to those is more rare. How can I change the stat that it only counts folds to 3bet that are 3x-3.25x the open.

It is not possible to edit a stat in that way. You would have to use NoteCaddy Premium to try and create the stat you want.

I am not sure. You will need to ask in the NoteCaddy Forum. Those of us on the HM2 only provide the most basic of support for NC. Anything more complex needs to be asked of the developer/support in their forum.
