while streaming twitch now Unable to get HM2 and OBS to work at the same time

Group of 5 of us all use HM2 while streaming and now are unable to use HUDS or do hand analysis with HM2 live while streaming because of the resource issue or conflict between the 2.. This was working a few months ago.
Not sure what happened.

BTW I am running Windows 7 professional and have turned Aero off.
64 bit OS
OBS 64 Bit
Intel i5 2.30GHz
8GB mem

HM2 is running on its own SSD drive

Use a theme like classic or default.

Make sure that the graphics are updated and not in conflict.

1 - Make sure windows is fully updated until 'No New Important Updates are Found' (this may require multiple restarts and multiple 'check for updates'), including Internet Explorer (even if you use a different web browser).

3 - Enable desktop composition - Enable or Disable Desktop Composition ~ Windows 7 Support
