The purpose of this release is to allow users to get early access to fixes and provide feedback as it would be impossible for our internal team to cover due to the huge amount of different possible PC environments out there. We do recommend you use a new database as a precaution.

Even though we rarely see anything that serious in these betas, and they have gone through some internal testing, they have not completed all our internal tests yet and the chances of a bug are higher than normal.

    Are you using Windows XP?

Microsoft released an update for .NET (4.5.2) that is not available for Windows XP. We will look for ways to get it to work, however if Microsoft doesn't update their operating system to fully support the programming language in which HM2 is made in, there is not much we can do about it. You can roll back to a previous HM2 build from our releases forum - HM2 Releases - to avoid the IPC error but the HUD is not going to work on Zoom. You may have to consider upgrading Windows to 7/8/10 to avoid this error as we may not be able to solve it any other way on our end. We are looking into possible fixes/workarounds for this problem but it is not clear at this point if we can resolve it and make the HUD work at zoom/fast-fold tables at the same time due to the nature of our coding system.

    Hi there!

Its working fine here, I use Windows 8. Ty for the update.

Could you tell me if there is some effort (of you, PKR or both) to solve the tournaments issue?

    Thank you again.

    Short question about Party Poker.
Since the update of there handhistorys in August/September 2015 the results in HM2 are completly wrong.
This is now 8 month ago and imo it would have been worth it to fix this problem. And it still is ^^
Do u have information that Party Poker delets HH´s in the near future?
Is the fix of this problem so difficult/time intense?!

Bc its very annoying. In the past it was possible to control Party. Now u just cant controll ur results. U just see the cashier and thats it.
Furthermore analysis of ur own game is impossible. Especially for certain spots.
For example a heads up players cant analyse its game. as the the results are completly wrong. I found out that when u join a running 6 max game. You wait standardly for the BigBlind. The first hand that u play then in the BigBlind is count as a HU hand... And obv this destroys ur data completly.

The problems you mention are all a result of changes they made to their client and hand history files and there is nothing we can do on our end at this point to resolve them. For now you will need to use the Tournament Editor to manually edit the results via the Reports > Tournament > Tournaments > right-click > edit.

Party Poker recently announced that they will be making major changes to their client that will affect both HUD and tracking of players playing history - partypoker Set to Make Changes to Level the Playing Field | PokerNews

In the near future they will completely stop saving hand histories. If they do not write hand histories we can no longer provide tech support for problems on their software or support their software going forward unless they tell us they will still allow our software on their network and continue to provide hand history files.

At this time they have not clarified their changes or contacted us. Because of this, all Party Poker related development is on hold until their decision is officially made and reflected in their terms of use.

We will continue to offer basic support to players who are having problems with Hold'em Manager 2 on Party Poker tables as long as they are still writing hand history files that import, however we are not adding features or FastForward support for new and/or currently unsupported Party Poker skins (such as their new 'Premium' clients) at this time or testing/fixing import errors until they clarify their stance on trackers/HUDs with us directly.

To add one thing here, I have a question.

Any idea when/if you will be adding Sit and Go Hero's as in (them showing up in tournament results). The HUD works fine but the games played don't show up anywhere.

Which site/network? It sounds familiar but I can't recall the network and just spent some time searching our bugs buckets and ticket system and can't find any hands from customers or open tickets for the developers. Please send us some hand history files for testing.

Please zip and email the problem hand histories, with a link to this thread and your forum name, to us using the 'Contact Support' link.

All original hands that are auto-imported get moved to an archive for performance reasons. Your \HM2Archive is in C:\HM2Archive by default, but you may have put it anywhere. The archive should be organized by \Month\DayOfMonth e.g C:\HM2Archive\2009\07\31 or if it was auto-imported with v7283+ it would be in C:\HM2Archive\SiteName\YYYY\MM\DD.

When sending any files please zip them (right-click > send to > compressed folder) before attaching them to an email. If the attachment is larger than 10MB please upload them to a file hosting site like dropbox, then 'copy public link' and paste the download link directly into the support ticket email.

Sorry, forgot to add its on PartyPoker.
But I don't understand how I should zip them because my Handhistory in PartyPoker's location is empty. I know that a freeroll I played did record in HM2 however and it's also not in the PartyPoker location...
