    Default William Hill: Problems with SNGs and Tournaments (HUD, Report)

    Hi there,

    after the wh update my hud doenst load at sng tables (cash works fine, exept for one particular table). Additionally the Tornaments are listed in the reports but there is no entry for positioning. Some hands are imported, but not all i think because the number of chips won is odd.

    Please follow the instructions in the following FAQ and reply back with the answers to the 12 questions in that FAQ.     Alternatively you can use our Priority Support Tool via the 'Contact Support' link here - https://support.holdemmanager.com/support/category/1/93 - which often resolves the issue and it will ask you relevant questions and at the end it will forward us the answers if you couldn't resolve it look for the 'Heads-Up Display (HUD) Issues' topic. Requests via the priority support tool receive higher priority than normal emails.

    To specify the problem: I just noticed that in SNGs only the very last hand is not imported

    Is the hand written in the HH? Do they manually import?

    See if getting the hands manually from the client solves the problem. If so, it is most likely a bug in their client but to be sure we would need you to save the hands after a tournament, then save them again after updating them thru the client, and attach them to a support ticket via the Contact Support link and if there is a forum thread with additional information please link to this thread and let us know your forum name if there are several people in the thread so we can have our testers look into it.
