Question Problems with some hands to import; and archive hands from PS.fr

    Hello,

    I've two problems with HEM2:

    1) Import:
    - 2 years ago, I cut a table during a lost pot before the end of the hand, so the hand hasn't been registered on my PC...
I mailed the support, which send me the history of the hand (and oddly, I can't upload the hand here, it displays: "403 [IOErrorEvent type ="ioError" bubbles=false cancelable=false eventPhase=2 text="Error #2038, so I copy-paste the hand at the bottom).
I then tried to import the hand on the tracker, but it didn't work, even if the syntax of the HH is the same as the other...

    - Also, I asked all my HH from the beginning, to the support of a French site, and I got several hands (60) considered as "Error hands", that I can't manage to import too... (entitled ErrorHands in the attachment: ErrorHands.txt).

    2) Archive from PS.fr:
Another problem, my hands from Pokerstars.fr aren't archived anymore...
Recently, there was 2 bugs during a session, and I had to restart the lobby, and then it asked me where I want to save my HH, like it was the first time I play on the soft...
I mailed the support, which told me to erase a file corresponding to my preferences, what I have done.

By default, the HH on PS.fr are not saved on the PC, and when it is the case, hands are saved in French: I've chosen English to import them on HEM2.
The HH are imported well, but now, they aren't archived anymore, and I don't know why...
If I choose to export hands from HEM2 to the PC, I can't choose from which site (only cash game or tournaments), and so thousands of files are downloaded and it's impossible to find those of Pokerstars.fr...
So I just would like to archive them normally.

So, is anybody can help me?
    Thank you in advance.
    Best regards.

    We need the original hands.

If you continue to have problems please zip and email the problem hand histories, with a link to this thread and your forum name, to us using the 'Contact Support' link.

All original hands that are auto-imported get moved to an archive for performance reasons. Your \HM2Archive is in C:\HM2Archive by default, but you may have put it anywhere. The archive should be organized by \Month\DayOfMonth e.g C:\HM2Archive\2009\07\31 or if it was auto-imported with v7283+ it would be in C:\HM2Archive\SiteName\YYYY\MM\DD.

When sending any files please zip them (right-click > send to > compressed folder) before attaching them to an email. If the attachment is larger than 10MB please upload them to a file hosting site like dropbox, then 'copy public link' and paste the download link directly into the support ticket via the 'Contact Support' and if there is a forum thread with additional information please link to this thread and let us know your forum name if there are several people in the thread.

    Hello, thank you for answering.

I don't understand why you ask me to send the HH...?
I put the first one at the bottom of my original message, and the other ones are attached in the post (the file is entitled ErrorHands.txt)...?
I join again all these hands as an attachment in a compressed folder: HandsToImport.zip
That's just all the hands (59 + 1) I want to import to HEM2, and I don' t manage to...
EDIT: I specify that all hands have been sent to me by the supports (Europoker.fr = Ongame, and Winamax.fr), so it's maybe not like the original hands, but it could work, no?

Concerning the archive, I just want to rearchive my HH of PS.fr...
Latest, in the "Site Setup", I changed the folder where the hands are archived (in my Google Drive), but I don't think that causes the problem.
It's just that HH from PS.fr aren't archive in the HEM2 Archives...
The HH are downloaded to "C->User->(me)->AppData->Local->PokerStars.FR->HandHistory->(my PS pseudo)" (+ some informations in "tournSummary" and "tournSummay(my PS pseudo)" and "Roaming->HEM Data->Hands"), then the HH are correctly imported to HEM2, but they are not archived, although it is in the right location and it works for the other sites...

As we said in the email, we need the originals, not the exported error.

    Question

    Hello,

So, for the hand of Europoker (ongame.fr): always same problem, I don't know why I can't import this hand (manually or in the auto-import folder).

I corrected it but I do not understand why it does not work, the syntax is the same as other hands, even on strange points, for example the "small blind" in PLO50 was written "big blind" too, even in the other HH... I tried multiples choices, but I do not understand why. I do not know if someone can take a look (it's just ONE hand :-) )
It's really strange, I don't see where is the error...?!

I put this hand here because I can't attach it ("text= Error #2038"...?):

I cannot see what the exact error is. It will not import in HM2 or PT4. This usually indicates that there are errors in the hand hisotry.

Ok, so only maybe one little error can distort the HH and provoque non-importing...
I don't see where is the error, I'll try to find...
If someone as a valide hand to post likes this one (secondary pots etc), maybe I could compare.
    Thanks
