i contacted bet365 support and they said they have been in contact with u guys and the matter is resolved and new client is compatible with the HUD now..so may i knw why my HUD doesn't even start on the new client ?
is the update ready yet ? and if not when can we expect it
I do not have an estimate for when this issue will be resolved. We do not give estimates until it has been confirmed as fixed by our internal testers and the release is imminent.
If anyone else wants to be notified when it is fixed please send an email via the 'Contact Support' link here - https://support.holdemmanager.com/ - and include "Notify Me When HM-8770 Is Resolved" in the subject line and body of the email.
Even if the table is not listed in the table finder you can often still drag the target to the table.
how is this issue not fixed still ? if the software works for the standard ipoker tables, how hard can it possibly be to get it working for the bet365 tables
I reported this problem in late december 2015, got same response as you did. From my research (not 100% sure) hands are normally importing, you can see your correct stats in reports, holdem just cant detect tables properly for some reason.
//edit Therefore your HUD will obviously not pop-up. Everything works ok with old (classic) version of software.
//edit2 Not playing on bet365, but it seems i am forced to use new beta skin.

All of the ipoker skins are supposedly force updating to the beta client today / this week.
Speed won't work until we release an update and tournament tables will require you to use the Table Finder until they finalize their hand history updates so we can properly support those tables.
Hi Fozzy,
I've just signed up at Coral and the HUD works on the normal cash tables but not on the 'speed' ones. Is this likely to be the same issue?
