How to change the hero for notecaddy?

Hello everyone,

I'm new here and I looked for an answer but couldn't really find it in the forum.

After creating a note and clicking "seek" to verify that it is doing what I want, it get the hands from my account in fulltilt and I can't get it to search for my pokerstars hands. The pokerstar's account is the hero on holdem manager and nonetheless notecaddy only seeks and finds hands for fulltilt. What should I do?

The hero is determined by the fact, that the hole-cards are noted in the handhistory at the beginning of the hand. So it doesn't matter if you play on different sites with different screen-names. The fact that you only see Tilt-hands might be due to having only Full-Tilt hands when you started the database.
