How to delete pop-ups

i tried so many times to delete default pop ups but they are always there any idea how to delete them from my hm2?

You can't delete the default pop files as they will simply get loaded again from the \program files (x86) folder. You might be able to delete them from both folders (never tried this and not sure if it might cause issues) but they will most likely get installed to the program files folder each time you update then copied to your users folder.
