Hi,

HM2 is unable to import the showdown data from Lottomatica.it

PokerTracker4 has released a new build few days ago that import hands reading the showdown too

pt4 release note --> Import: GTECH: Fixed importing so that villain hole cards (if known) get imported properly.

After that I have reimported all hands in pt4 for optimal result (the live importing is ok too)

is it possible to fix HM2 in the same way?

This issue has been documented in detail and provided to the developers to resolve.

The assigned internal ticket # on this issue is HM-8759
