    Default duplicates hands on session

my hm2 duplicates somes hands 5 or 6 times, wich bust the result of my session, i have to restart hm2 to have the right result. and when i try to see a hand with the hand replayer. it opens, but for most of the hands, it's the wrong one shown.

on thing i did today, is to sync my hands and create a database on cloud. it's the only thing i touch, and most of my session went well. it began to duplicates after an hour of play.

Please try to vacuum/analyze and reindex your database - Hold'Em Manager 2 FAQs - Poker Software :: Database Manager (Ribbon)

If you continue to have problems, try the following:

Try creating a new DataBase and import a small portion of your \HM2Archive so you can see if the problem exists in the new DB - Hold'Em Manager 2 FAQs - Poker Software :: How to create a new database and import previously played hands

If the new database seems to work properly, it sounds like your database might be corrupt. Please continue to use the new database and import the rest of your hands using the steps above. This is why regular backups are a good idea. If your database becomes corrupt you can restore a backup and only have to import the most recent hands (that were played after the backup was created) and edit any tournament results if necessary.

Here is a FAQ explaining how to backup your database and all settings in one easy step - Hold'Em Manager 2 FAQs - Poker Software :: How does Backup and Restore Database, Settings and HUD configs work?

If you continue to have problems, please reproduce the problem and zip/attach your HM2Logs folder with a detailed description of what you were doing and what problems you were experiencing.

Please zip and email the requested files via the 'Contact Support' link here and if there is a forum thread with additional information please link to this thread and let us know your forum name if there are several people in the thread.

When sending any files please zip them (right-click > send to > compressed folder) before attaching them to an email. If the attachment is larger than 10MB please upload them to a file hosting site like dropbox, then 'copy public link' and paste the download link directly into the support ticket and if there is a forum thread with additional information please link to this thread and let us know your forum name if there are several people in the thread.

There are a variety of known issues with the HM Sync Beta feature where the results are not syncing properly for some customers. We are planning to completely re-work the HM Sync feature using code from our new HM Cloud application but I don't have an ETA for when this will be implemented. In the meantime while we wait for the new sync system you will need to manually sync your hands on both PCs. Here is a FAQ explaining how to best keep your original hands on both computers so you can easily sync the hands manually - Hold'Em Manager 2 FAQs - Poker Software :: Sync Hands Between 2 PC's Using Dropbox

i recreated a new database, and it seems to be ok. Now, i want to delete my last database, called holdem manager2, but it say it's used by other users. I have Hm2 on two cpu only, and now they both have a new database that they are sharing together. what are the other users in question? no use to keep that last database right? using place for nothing...

Restart HM2 and you should be able to delete it. If that doesn't work you might have to reboot your computer. This is a known annoyance where you sometimes can't delete the database you were last using but one of the 2 suggestions I just gave should solve it for you.
