bet size filters not working

i have only tried a few like 3bet size filter and preflop raise size filter and neither have worked facing bet or making bet

Can you give some specific examples of the exact filters/values you are using and what you are, or aren't, seeing that is incorrect? I just tried a handful of those 2 filters you mentioned and it seems to be working as expected for me. In the 'Applied Filters' section in upper right corner of the Filters menu you can 'Save the current filters to a file' and attach them to your post.

Just below the submit reply button when making a reply you should see a manage attachments button, click that, the select chose file, browse to the location you’ve stored it in and press ok, then press upload and wait for it to finish uploading, when it’s done just choose close this window.
