oddity in my SB/100 report

Under reports, By Position, my SB is -$345, but in bb/100 it says I'm +3.3. Can you explain to me what I am missing? TYIA.

This is because you are winning from that position at smaller stakes and losing from that position at higher stake games. Try filtering by individual stakes in that report using the More Filters > Basic Filters > Game Stakes and Number of Players > 'Stakes' filter.
