Issues affecting only Notecaddy basic (free version) are very low priority. With Amaya essentially annihilating NC sales, the amount of hours that can be spend maintaining it are greatly reduced now, unfortunately

Just makes me a bit scared to buy the premium version in case this same behaviour manifests itself there. Oh well, I guess I'm screwed either way. Thanks anyway.

I know if I were you I wouldn't buy it till this issue got resolved with the free version. It definitely will get fixed. Low priority doesn't mean never but it's definitely not as fast as it was before the Amaya pivot

i am experiencing the problem that defined note is working on PS.com while same note on ipoker is not working. Caddyreport is loading played hands but notes are not made. When i try to reset notes, again, not a single note taken. Any help?

In your NoteCaddy / File / Filters have you filtered out the iPoker hands?

I have never been using any filters in notecaddy.

There was an issue with stack sizes for ipoker that is fixed for version 2.6.0.8. It's not possible from your post to know if that affects your stats appearing but make sure you update and reset notes to see if it helped

Although i update regularly, NC offered new update today which seems to solve the issue. Thanks.
