custom pop ups stopped working (dashes instead of stats)

Hello I'm having this issue long time and have no idea how to solve it. I've tried all possible solutions but nothing works for me.

I have my own PopUps and after some HM2 update my stats are missing. My current ver. of HM2 is .8401 and this is what happens:

I have these dashes in popups for all players. Sometimes I have statistics on replayer popups but don't have it on tables. Sometimes after restarting HM2 all PopUps contains only dashes. Then I do notes reset, generate new and some statistics comes back but not all and always with misses + after HM2 restart statistics disappears and turns to dashes.

I have all definitions active https://i.gyazo.com/74119a3323ce29d9...fba90ec088.png and it seems like "everything works" so I can't understand the reason of my bugs. I did notes reset many times and tried different HM versions but it doesn't work.

Can you advice something please.

On which site do you play?

If it matters I play on pokerstars but recently tried to import my 888 and WPN handhistories with the same negative result.

Yes some notes are not working but as you can see on the screenshot I have problem with the same type of notes - fold to Cbet on A high board is shown but fold to cbet on K-high board is missed. And also sometimes all my popups have dashes only. Notes reset doesn't help

Strange, did you try clearing your settings and then resetting the notes?

Ipoker, same problem, some of stats not showing. Reset doesn't help.
