    Default Integrated SnGWiz EXTREMELY SLOW

Hello. I just got SnGWiz and it's integrated with HEM. When clicking on the SitNGo Wizard tab the lag starts, and basically it freezes for 20 seconds every minute, and takes forever to respond to my clicks. I have an incredibly big Database, and I was wondering if I can set up a second database so SnGWiz only deals with SnG hand histories. I'm currently purging all my old tourny hands, anything else I can do (I really don't want to purge my cash hands).

You can try to export just the SNG hands from your current database and import those to a new database to see if it helps.

If you continue to have problems please enable the Settings > Feature Logging > [x] 'HMApps' options and increase the Max number of log files option to 10 so old logs are saved with date/time stamps.

You can also enable this before you launch HM2 from the Start Menu - Hold'Em Manager 2 FAQs - Poker Software :: Feature Logging

Please reproduce the problem and attach your \HM2Logs folder with a detailed description of what you were doing and what problems you were experiencing - Hold'Em Manager 2 FAQs - Poker Software :: How Do I Send a Log File to Holdem Manager Support?

Please zip and email the requested file via the 'Contact Support' link here - https://support.holdemmanager.com/ - with a link to this thread and your forum name.
