    Default HEM2 with NEW IPOKER client (bet365)

    Hello I recently downloaded new Ipoker client (it's official for few ipoker skins , including bet365 I play on) , HEM does import hands (after I carefully selected folders for it) and In reports I can see all the hands I play , but HUD is not working . It remains on "XXXX waiting for hands ... " and that's it. Any ideas ? (Client auto installed in Bulgarian language , I changed it to english after installation.)

    You need to make sure you installed the ipoker client as admin and always run it as admin or it will not write hand history files.

    Coral Poker (and other Ipoker 'beta' clients) have made changes to the hand histories that are not in line with rest of the Ipoker Network. We are waiting on Ipoker to release final changes to their hand history format before we can properly support it. If you can still download their 'classic' client from their site, instead of their new 'beta' client, it should work as it used to.

    If you continue to have problems using their 'official' client and not their new 'beta' client:

    Please enable the Settings > Feature Logging > [x] 'HUDStats' and 'FastPoker' option and increase the Max number of log files option to 10 so old logs are saved with date/time stamps. You can also enable this before you launch HM2 from the Start Menu - Hold'Em Manager 2 FAQs - Poker Software :: Feature Logging

    Please reproduce the problem and:
    - Use the tool in the following link to send a HUD Report - Hold'Em Manager 2 FAQs - Poker Software :: HUD Reporting Tool
    - Attach a screen shot of the table/desktop
    - Try to include the Active Sessions tab and/or Sessions Report that also includes your windows clock and poker client lobby clock in the screen shot
    - Save a copy of the original Hand history for the table with the issue
    - Close HM2 and attach your HM2Logs folder with a detailed description of what you were doing and what problems you were experiencing - Hold'Em Manager 2 FAQs - Poker Software :: How Do I Send a Log File to Holdem Manager Support?

    With all the above information we should be able to narrow down what is causing the issue, if all the information is not included we will need to email you again to request it.
