Trial period lost

    Default Trial period lost

    Greetings,

    In view of the recent changes in PS ToU, I decided to give TN2 a try. After I (just) downloaded the trial version, imported my TN1 settings etc, I restarted TN2. Then I was prompted to login with my HM account, which I did and then I got a message that my trial period has expired.

    Is there a way to reverse this or get the normal trial period?

    Hi,

    It sounds like you downloaded TN2 before and logged in meaning the trial started from that day and expires 30 days later regardless if you used it or not, however if you email support@tableninja.com we will assign a trial to your account just link to this forum post.
