blank screen in HM2

hello,
i am using HM2 in windows 10 in bootcamp in mid 2015 mac book pro, 15 inches retina display. when i open some options like hud setting,site options etc, sometimes it shows blank screen and as i move mouse around screen it slowly fills up but still don't display properly.
How to fix this ?? i have attached one screen shot..HM2 display problem.jpg

If you're seeing this issue in most cases its a graphics card issue

1 - Make sure windows is fully updated until 'No New Important Updates are Found' (this may require multiple restarts and multiple 'check for updates'), including Internet Explorer (even if you use a different web browser).
2 - Update your graphics drivers - FAQ - Hold'em Manager (HM1) Poker Tracking Software :: How To Update Your Graphics Card Driver
3 - Enable desktop composition - Enable or Disable Desktop Composition ~ Windows 7 Support

The following solutions have also proved to be helpful in resolving this although these are usually isolated issues
1 - Set desktop to an aero theme:

2 - Update Logitech Setpoint - Logitech Support + Downloads

Hello,
I checked. my Graphics driver is up to date, I have latest bootcamp driver installed. All windows updates are installed. I cannot enable desktop composition and aero theme because it is not available in windows 10. Can you give solutions more specific to windows 10.

I believe DWM is enabled by default in Win 10.

What is your DPI scaling set to?

Try to change your DPI Scaling to 125 or 96/Normal - Hold'Em Manager 2 FAQs - Poker Software :: Adjusting DPI settings

my DPI setting is 200%, which appears as recommended. If I change it to 100%, everything will appear tiny.

I think HM2 is unusable above around 125% or 150% [can't remember which]
Please try a lower % to confirm that is the cause of your problem & not something else

That is an unsupported DPI setting.

could it be that HM2 does not support or work well with Retina display ??

There have been retina related issues in the past. I don't think we can properly support retina displays due to their unusual display ratios.

Same issue here on MBP. I am running mine on 1920x1200 resolution and 100dpi.
