Default Hand strenght isn't working correctly?

I created definition that shows how often villains have seen Hero bluffing with sizing 0.41-0.6 pot. Hero hand strenght is 98 when I test it. However it shows success when I have Weak definition (general strenght 0-80) for Hero. Is there something wrong with my definition or is there some bug (villain has bigger flush)?

7 high flush in Omaha should not be 98 anywhere. Where did you see it? In the test environment it gives 72 on the river

Sorry my bad. I just input 7d 5d and not all 4 cards. I got holdem strenght instead of omaha I think. I have to just lower maximum strenght to avoid confusion of value and bluff hands. Thanks!
