Default Missing hands importing into HM1 from Bovada Hand Converter

    Hello,

I play on U.S Bovada and i import hands into HM1(the only version compatable with Bovada) using the Bovada Hand converter. Everything was working smoothly up until a few months ago i noticed only about 70% or so of my hands made it over to HM1 from the conversion process.

I'm quite sure that all the hands are downloading from Bovada to my hard so the issue doesn't lie there. Also I've contacted support at Bovada Hand Converter and after going through a few steps (uninstalling/reinstalling their program) I'm confident the Hand Converter is working at full capacity.

I have the latest version of HM1. Any idea why only some(70% or so) of the hands make it into HM1 during the conversion process and not all?

    Thank you

    Please try a new database.

*Try creating a new UTF DB - FAQ - Hold'em Manager (HM1) Poker Tracking Software :: Create / Delete Database
*Now import a small portion of your \HMArchive so you can see if the problem exists in the new DB
*If the new DB seems to work properly, you will want to import the rest of your archives to the new DB, export/import the hands from the old DB to the new DB, and export/import any player notes and tourney summaries - and then delete the old DB.
*Make sure you export/backup everything before deleting the old DB - FAQ - Hold'em Manager (HM1) Poker Tracking Software :: Reinstalling on a new PC - Backup Tips

If you continue to have trouble, we no longer update and support HM1. We can do a trial of HM2 to see if it meets your needs.
