Why my Range Visual looks completely different?

I have seen the Range Visual on the Notecaddy Website like this, with a lot of different Colors,
and a good Description of the Handstrength:

But when i create Definitions with this Visiual Range, the Graph is much simpler and the Colors are
not so good. And the Description are bad:


What's the Reason for this?

Thank you. That outdated image has been removed. The chart was streamlined for easier reading in-game which is why it looks different from the original version
