board texture filter not working for straight draws

Pardon my posting exclusively about bugs today, but I think something's up with the board texture filters. I was trying to create a report for hands w/ very unconnected boards. So in the filters window I set # of possible open ended draws to = 0, and yet this is what I found:

In both these particular hands, Jack-Ten would have an OESD. (There are many other hands like this that made it through as well, btw.) Does selecting this just refer to the hero's holdings maybe, or is this a bug? Thanks.

I have duplicated this. This issue has been documented in detail and provided to the developers to resolve.
