Note Taking on hand in-game

Hi, I am having trouble finding out if the following is definitely possible or not:

What I am trying to do is take a note on a hand from my table HUD whilst playing. It happens to me a lot that I am playing in a tournament and mark a hand for review, but it is hard to remember what the blind structure etc. was at the time of the hand, after the tournament has ended.

Is there a way to take a note on a hand from live play or maybe some other way to see the structure of the tournament?

Left-click one of the last X winner's names from the table HUD to open the hand history viewer then hover over one of the spots shown in the image below to see the hand notes icon you can click to write street or general notes on that specific hand.
