No NC notes in Player Analysis window

    Default No NC notes in Player Analysis window

    For some reason, I'm not able to see any NoteCaddy notes when from the Opponents > Player Analysis window, even though I definitely have notes on the villain. This doesn't seem to show for anyone in my database. Is this a known bug? Thanks.

    I can't reproduce this.

    Please update to this version
    http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloa...AutoUpdate.exe

    Try resetting the NC notes in File - reset notes, then re-process them.

    Yup. Started a new test database, ran NC which created a ton of notes, vacuumed the db, etc. And still, even the villains w/ thousands of hands, no notes are appearing in this screen even though the notes appear just fine in the popups of the HUD.

    So you're saying that you -- and presumably most players -- are seeing NC notes in that tab from the opponent analysis screen? None are appearing for me ... or ever have, come to think of it. :-/

    Apparently it was only for my hero in the db. I have escalated your issue to our 2nd level support techs and they will respond to your email as soon as possible.

    Cool. Thanks. Def seems kinda pointless to have a villain analysis feature like this and not see the notes you have on 'em. Cheers.

    This issue has been documented in detail and provided to the developers to resolve.

    The assigned internal ticket # on this issue is HM-3143

    I have added your email address to the ticket so we can notify you if/when we have fixed it.

    Has this been resolved. I have the same problem - no notes at all appearing in the Opponents > Player Analysis window.

    This is a fairly old issue, but any idea if it was (or ever will be) resolved? It still looks the same, and I'm running the current version of HM2 ... a year+ later. :-/
