That screenshot of the pie-graph with 4 colors in it is from an older version of NC. This has been changed some months ago to how it's looking in your second screen-shot. With the old system things got cluttered for bigger samples and the information wasn't absorbable anymore when looking at a pie-graph.
In case the current system doesn't fit your needs you might wanna check out making definitions with opportunity by range. This allows you to get exact percentages (action x = y % hand-strength z)
