I guess you cant use them anymore. Because of the new pokerstars/ftp rules.
From what i can understand form now on we can only have information in numbers, no graphics, no badges, nothing.

One question. There is something planed to "transform" the caddy scatter into numerical information? Is there something already? Being able to relate size bet and hand strength was one of the strongest features of notecaddy

It's impossible because definitions "opportunities by range" don't work anymore. Say goodbye to hand strength notes ...

Maybe there is a way to go around (not as precise although) like:

Won $ at showdown when bet X% pot flop/turn/river
or
Bet/fold % when bet X% pot F/T/R
...

Indirectly we can deduce the hand strength.

Would a Badge be allwowed, if it wouldnt appear only in a specific case?
I need the Badges mostly as a tab, where specific notes are under this tab, so the Badge has more a sorting function for me.

Right now a badge will appear from a color definition if there are no filters set for it. It looks like pokerstars is going to say no badges at all even if it doesn't serve the purpose of categorizing so we have to see.

so heat maps are gone for good? what about the list of hands in the note definitions? and can we add popups to the new manual badges?

One question.. If i'm playing PS/FT and any other site, like Party, Do i have to change some stats of my hud? Does the update make by itself show all the stats on party (or 888..etc) and not showing the "ilegal" stats on PS/FT?

You should not have to change anything. NC will auto remove illicit information for the appropriate sites

Are HUDs permitted to display heat maps as long as they abide by the “Reference Material” restrictions as outlined in the guide?
Answer:
The reference material outlined in the guide is aimed at static and generic hand charts etc. If a heat map is implemented in the HUD, presumably the map is populated on the basis of player specific stats, and then it cannot be described as static and generic anymore. Similarly, if a heat map is specific to specific card values (flop or hole cards), it would be prohibited.
