notecaddy , certain players stats are missing

I have been having an issue recently where certain players stats aren't being recorded by note caddy. today i tried resetting the notes and running notecaddy thru my entire database twice to fix the problem. I then tried creating a new data base and imported all the hands and ran note caddy. THis issue is still happening where I have massive samples on players and have 0 stats on them . I have note caddy stats as both Hud stats and in popups and some players none of those stats are recording, others i have 20k + hands on with massive samples and everything works fine.

I fixed the problem . There was a filter on in note caddy that was only writing stats at 5/10+ so players with stats at 3/6 and under were not displaying
