    I did send an email containing all the information you requested. I remember sometime in the past there was a similar issue and the .it client was the last to receive attention :^(

    Please try our next release coming soon.

    These changes should be available in the next gold beta release. While we do not have an exact date for the release, you will receive a prompt to update once available as long as you have enabled the Settings > General > [x] Prompt for Beta Updates.

    This beta release not only removed HUD from zoom, it also corrupted something in such a way that even rollback to previous release didn't fix the problem. Even complete reinstall didn't help. Nothing helps, tried everything. Now I can't play because you won't bother to test your software.

    UPD: Actually, I think Pokerstars was not updated on my PC. Will try to update it as well.

    I am sorry to hear you are experiencing trouble.

    We did not see any issues in our testing. It won't be possible to roll back due to the changes Stars has made.

    We will need more information. Please send the files requested in the Zoom FAQ. Make sure you always start HM2 first before you open the PokerStars Client. If you closed PokerStars for any reason and did not close HM2 please close them both and start HM2 before you stars PokerStars again.

    Updating PS client fixed this problem. By default my shortcut for PS was not to PokerStarsUpdate.exe and I had to manually find it in PS folder. Not so trivial.

    However, new version of HM should support 1-2 older PS versions in my opinion.

    That doesn't fix it for me. I even reinstalled pokerstars and ran a DB maintenance. The support guys emailed me back "you're not running PS as admin" When I actually am... I dunno what to say

    Beta was updated to Build 8374.

    In this build:
    - resolved an issue for users with non-English Windows usernames where PokerStars client couldnt start after starting HM2
    - resolved an issue with HUD not working at NL16 Zoom tables
    - added HUD support for new PKR client

    I was confused because of what you quoted. Please update to beta 8374 and if that doesn't help we need the files mentioned above and in our Zoom faq. Our testers on ps.com are not having any issues.

    Is this new 8374 supposed to fix it for the italian client too? Cause it's not working. And yes, I'm doing everything right
