HUD not working in Blackchip

After years of enjoying HEM2, it suddenly stopped working for Blackchip a couple weeks ago. It still keeps track of games played, the results, etc. But sadly, the "Waiting for Hands" stays on screen, but I get no graphs or information on my opponents. Is this a known issue, or perhaps something specific to me?
