    Default About preflop effective stacks

I've made some preflop stats involving effective stats ( SB limp-shove or BB raise vs SB limp ) and after that i've come across this message .eff stacks.png

I've tested the stats and they seem ok , but based on that message the effective stack should be calculated for all the players at the table .

In the first proposition i don't understand at what action is referring to .

It means that effective stack isn't counted at the start of the hand but rather it's the maximum that the note recipient can lose when he performs the first action that is filtered via action sequence. Small blind is a good example. If he has 1000bb and UTG has 1000 then SB *could* lose all 1000 at the start of the hand. However, if your action sequence filters for SB 3bet BTN open and BTN (and BB) both have 50 bb then the effective stack is 50 because UTG is not in the hand and can't win those chips
