    Default Full tilt hud after update

    Hi,

    Just went back to play on Full Tilt after a long while today now that you can't table select. I'm not sure if there are any issues with a HUD now, as nothing is coming up for me, even the settings box that usually pops up when you are playing. I've tried reg tables and rush. Hands are importing, but not recognising any open tables on active sessions tab, so therefore can't use tablefinder.

    I'm using 2.0.0.8311 and using Full Tilt UK.

    I've just sent a report to support regarding something similar. My problem is the hud appears on all the tables (regular tables) except the last one I've opened. I've updated to the latest version but still the same problem. Will wait and see what support say.

    Are you playing 6 tables with the same name, (so Entry 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6)
    and the HUD doesn't appear on the 6th table?

    It also won't appear if you force the HUD using TableFinder? http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...esNotAppear%3F

    The tables are numbered in that way but I'm not always on 6 tables, it's usually less than that. Haven't tried forcing the HUD using Tablefinder. I'll give this a go tomorrow and let you know how I get on.

    It is a known issue. You can email support@holdemmanager.com and ask to be notified when HM-8712 is resolved.

    Hem Update solved the problem but there's been another FTP update today and the problem is back.

    Please enable the Settings > Feature Logging > [x] 'HUDStats' option and increase the Max number of log files option to 10 so old logs are saved with date/time stamps. You can also enable this before you launch HM2 from the Start Menu - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...ging#startmenu

    Please reproduce the problem and:
    - Use the tool in the following link to send a HUD Report - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...Reporting+Tool
    - Attach a screen shot of the table/desktop
    - Try to include the Active Sessions tab and/or Sessions Report that also includes your windows clock and poker client lobby clock in the screen shot
    - Save a copy of the original Hand history for the table with the issue
    - Close HM2 and zip/attach your \HM2Logs folder with a detailed description of what you were doing and what problems you were experiencing - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...ger+Support%3F

    With all the above information we should be able to narrow down what is causing the issue, if all the information is not included we will need to email you again to request it.

    Please zip and email the requested files to hm2support@holdemmanager.com and if there is a forum thread with additional information please link to this thread and let us know your forum name if there are several people in the thread.
