I believe i watched a video where they had in the notes the % the player was completing the action higher or lower than the average sample. How do i get this to display in the HUD notes?

How to read a NoteCaddy note - Assaultware Wiki
All you would need to do is place the note in your popup via this section: HM2 / HUD Settings / NoteCaddy Popups, and it should display the deviation from average % that you're looking for
