Notecaddy doesn't work

i just bought notecaddy, reset all notes, then NC created over 6M notes, but it does not displayed in hud.( i clicked "show caddy notes" and "start caddy report" in HUD settings). before i resets, in hud displayed some notes, but now nothing
what did i miss?

Are you showing the note icon in your HUD? If you made custom popups then they have to be added to your popups as well. Where exactly are you looking for the notes? The note icon would be the place where to look for the defaults
