Postflop stat possibilty?

Hello

I was thinking about if it would be possible to add the following stat: Lets say BTN opens 50%. I now 3bet from BB. I have the number that shows that BTN 4bets 10% and folds 10% leaving him with 80% calls. Meaning he has 40% range postflop. (its the 80% of the 50% opening width)

Would it be possible for me to show that 40% stat (its the range he calls the 3bet with excluding the 4bet%) in this example? If yes Im not sure how to do it.
