HUD Settings > General Settings > HUD Font > Background (click the color to change/edit it)

c-bet is on blue background,
Hands are on yellow background.
I dont want to that all stats share the same background..
It's not possible to change the background color for individual stats.
Unfortunately the background color affects all stats, so it's also not possible to use for example multiple HUD panels.
Every panel will just use the HUD Settings > General Settings > HUD Font > Background color.

This is unlikely to be implemented asap, or possibly at all at this point in the HM2 life cycle, but the more people we add to that ticket showing support for it the more likely it will be to make it into HM3. I will add a comment to the ticket as well that it should be considered (it may already be planned for all I know) for HM3.
